2020 New Year's Resolutions

How many of you have heard the saying “New Year, New Me”? In my opinion that statement seems extremely overwhelming and a little terrifying, but I think the majority of people that say this are making New Year’s Resolutions that some how revolve around living a healthier lifestyle. These resolutions could include losing weight, eating healthier, working on your mental health, lowering your blood pressure, dropping body fat, hitting a new fitness goal, or a plethora of other options!  

Each or those resolutions can seem daunting in the beginning and difficult to get started on, but that is where Live Fit comes in!
