What to Use for an At Home Workout
We are two weeks into this “Stay at Home” order and man I miss the gym! We are working very hard to continue our workout routine with the equipment we have. Thankfully we have a quite a bit of equipment in our house but I know many of you have literally nothing! During our Virtual Personal Training sessions we have had to get creative in the equipment we can use! Check out the list below for a few house hold items that have come in handy!
Dumbbell Options:
Milk Jug
Your child or dog!
Your Body Weight (there are many exercises utilizing only your body weight!)
Cardio Equipment:
Stair Case
Chase your Children
Dish Towel as a Glider
Stretching Options:
Dish Towel as a Yoga Strap
Countertop or Banister as a Bar
